Blueprint Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy covers the Jythu Website Opportunity Blueprint ($295 USD one-time payment). Have counsel review final commercial terms for Jythu’s jurisdiction and sales markets where required.

What you purchase

A focused website and RFQ-journey teardown, competitor positioning review, recommended sitemap and messaging priorities, conversion/SEO/tracking recommendations, a 45-minute strategy session, and a written implementation roadmap delivered within five business days after the strategy session.

Delivery

Delivery begins after payment is confirmed and required intake information is received. The Blueprint is considered delivered when the written roadmap and strategy session have been provided, or a documented alternative is agreed if a live session cannot be scheduled after reasonable attempts.

Cancellation & refunds

If work has not begun and intake has not been submitted, contact [email protected] promptly to request a cancellation and refund. Once intake review or the strategy session has started, the fee is non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule the strategy session once with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed sessions without notice may be fulfilled as written-only delivery at Jythu’s discretion.

30-day project credit

The full $295 is credited toward an eligible Jythu website project started within 30 days of Blueprint delivery. “Started” means a signed statement of work / project agreement and initial project payment according to that agreement. The credit is not transferable and has no cash value.

Taxes

Applicable taxes may be collected by Stripe based on your location and Jythu’s tax settings. Tax treatment follows the invoice/receipt issued at checkout.
